Dr. Amir Bashir is a consultant psychiatrist (specialist in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental illness). Trained in University College Hospital London he is a member of Royal College of Psychiatrists. He has 22 years of experience in psychiatry and is registered with General Medical Council UK as a specialist. He is approved under section 12 of Mental Health Act by the secretary of state.

Dr Vanessa Raymont is a clinical research fellow and consultant psychiatrist at Imperial College London and West London Mental Health Trust. She trained at Birmingham University and did her specialist training in both adult and old age psychiatry at the Maudsley Hospital and Institute of Psychiatry, London.
She has 18 years of experience in psychiatry and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She has a masters degree in Cognitive Neuropsychology from University College London, and has extensive clinical and research experience in traumatic brain injury and memory disorders. Prior to her current post she worked at the National Institutes of Health and Johns Hopkins University, USA.
Her particular areas of interest are brain injury, dementia and other cognitive disorders.
Dr. Marika Lahtinen Counselling Psychologist
Dr. Marika Lahtinen is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and a member of The British Psychological Society. She is registered with the division of Counselling Psychology as well as the Health Professions Council (HPC). She works in NHS primary care treating adults with mood disorders including depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, relationship problems and stress related conditions. She also carries out research at St Thomas's Hospital looking at the long term effectiveness of psychotherapy.
She worked in the IT sector for a number of years prior to developing an interest in psychology. She has meditated regularly for the past 15 years, attending several retreats and spending time in Buddhist monasteries. These personal experiences have shaped her approach to treating mental health difficulties.
Marika regularly uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the psychodynamic approach as well as mindfulness based theory in her work. She considers forming a supportive and honest working relationship with her clients as the most important way to facilitate change in therapy.
Narendra Keval Chartered Clinical Psychologist
Narendra Keval is an Adult/ Adolescent Psychotherapist and Chartered Clinical Psychologist,trained at the University of Liverpool and Tavistock Clinic, London. He has over 20 years experience as a Senior Clinician in the NHS assessing and treating a range of patients and psychological difficulties.
He was a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy for Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust for 10 years and specialises in working psychotherapeutically with complex personality difficulties with both Adults and Adolescents, including those at risk. He was Clinical Director on the Doctoral Training in Clinical Psychology at the University of East Anglia and is currently Senior Lecturer and Program Lead at the University of Essex. He is also Visiting Senior Lecturer at the University of Cape Town and University of Western Cape, South Africa.
His other interests and expertise include working with clients from the minority ethnic communities with intercultural problems and professionals who have experienced crises and trauma in their work place. He is a Trainer, Clinical Supervisor and Consultant to residential settings working with clients suffering from personality disorders and staff in the Railway industry who have experienced track fatalities.

Shanta Batacharia Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Shanta Batacharia started working as a counsellor from 1995. She took on RSA certificate in 1995 in Person Centred Counselling. She carried on taking training in post graduate diploma in psychodynamic counselling from Goldsmith College, University of London in 1998. In the same year, she completed a specialist certificate in Cross-Culture counselling, an intensive training to work with cultural issues which are sometimes unnoticed. This five module training was from School of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Regents College London. she continued studies at New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling and obtained post graduate diploma accredited by University of Sheffield 2004.
She has taken training in Eating Disorder from National Center for Eating Disorder.
She has completed indepth professional training in "Couple Counselling" based on Attachment.
She has intensive training in stress management, condition management, Post Traumatic stress Disorder (PTSD) based on Mindfulness of Individuals and CBT approach.
